The UK’s longest running Fixed Gear Crit returns to Herne Hill Velodrome with an all day Criterium extravaganza on 3rd June. Racers will battle it out during qualifying at the beginning of the day before the evening final races over an all new circuit designed to blend speed and technical skills. And this year we will also have road bike crits between the fixed gear action.
As always, we are committed to equal billing and prize funds between our races and we welcome all athletes – whether you’re a fixed crit regular or racing for the very first time. The race format and qualifying will help categorise riders into appropriate skill levels and prizes will be given out across A and B subcategories for all genders. Read our category regulations here.
Please note that the road crits are being run as part of the Herne Hill Crit League sanctioned by British Cycling and therefore need to conform to their entry requirements.
We are proud to be an inclusive team and event organiser, and we’re committed to creating a welcoming and fun racing environment for all, regardless of ethnicity, sexuality or gender. If you have any questions or worries that might be making you hesitate about signing up, please drop us a line at info@nltcbmbc.com and we will be more than happy to help.
